Lash Lift and Tint

Let me introduce you to the lash lift, a semi-permanent treatment that curls your lashes upward so you can ditch the eyelash curler and best of all the mascara.   It’s like perming your lashes.  But unlike the harsh formulas that are used to perm the hair on our heads, the treatment for lash lifts is gentler.  

The eye area and lashes will be cleansed to be sure they are free of makeup and oil.  I will then apply a silicone mold onto the eyelid using a non-toxic, water soluble glue. With the silicone mold on the eyelid, I will then curl the lashes using the glue over the mold, which is curved upward and outward to create a curl. 

The first solution softens the hair so it’s malleable and sits on the eyelashes, between the root and middle of the lash for about 10 minutes.  It is then wiped off and the setting (neutralizer) solution that re-hardens the hair to the shape is set in place for an other 10 or so minutes. 

And for an extra oomph,  lifts are often paired with lash tints. (included in this special offer) 

 

When the treatment is done, you should avoid getting the newly lifted lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
